Exchange & Return Policy

At Animemerchonline.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before placing an order.


Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests only if the customer informs us about the issue within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery day).

Eligible Exchange Reasons

  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong product delivered

We can exchange the product with:

  • Another size of the same product, or
  • The correct product of the same value

Exchange Charges

  • Free exchange on size issues
  • No additional charges for reverse pickup
  • If the new product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference amount online

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original sticker/tag must be attached
  • Product should be folded properly and packed securely
  • Products damaged due to improper packing may not qualify

⚠️ Exchange/Return requests will only be processed once per order.


Return & Refund Policy

We provide refunds only in genuine cases involving:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged or incorrect items delivered

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Size issues
  • Slight color or design variation
  • Products purchased during sales or with discount codes
  • Used or washed products

Defective Product Claims

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days at:

  • Order details
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or the bank account provided by the customer
  • In exceptional approved return cases (where the correct order was delivered), a deduction of ₹100 may apply towards reverse pickup and logistics charges

Important Notes

  • Product colors and designs may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, or printing variations
  • Returns/refunds will not be accepted for minor color or design differences
  • We are not responsible for defects caused by customer misuse, mishandling, or negligence
  • Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns if the product does not meet our eligibility criteria
